Any work requested by yourselves which exceeds your 45 minutes of inclusive support will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Any unused minutes cannot be banked for future use or rolled over and used in the next calendar month.
If you anticipate needing more support or regular functionality changes, we can update your agreement to include studio hours at any time – please get in touch.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Service Provider will provide Web Hosting services, backups and security updates for the Client subject to the following terms:
We can’t guarantee that the functions contained in any web page templates or in a completed website will always be error-free and so we can’t be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this website and any other web pages, even if you have advised us of the possibilities of such damages.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Client agrees to a minimum 12 month contractual term of service (“Term”) from the date of the first monthly invoice.
The Client can terminate their Agreement at the end of the Term by notifying the Service Provider in writing, 30 days prior to the end of the Term.
Unless the Agreement is terminated after the first 12 months period, the Service Provider will continue to provide web hosting services to the Client on an ongoing monthly basis.
If the Client wishes to end the services detailed in this Agreement within the first 12 months from the date of the first invoice, then the Client agrees to pay in full the remaining number of months up to the end of the first Term.
After the first 12 month contractual term of service, one month’s notice is required to cancel the web hosting services as detailed within this Agreement.
The Client can switch between the support packages offered by the Service Provider, at any time, to meet their business needs.
